A deposit limit allows the user to limit the amount of deposit payments they can make in a selected time period.
For example. The user has activated the deposit limit of 50 RSD per day and now wants to deposit 20RSD. When paying a deposit, the total amount paid by the user from the moment of activation of the limit to the moment when he wants to make the deposit payment is observed. If the deposit amount in the time since he set the deposit limit exceeds the deposit limit, then the deposit transaction will not go through.
A deposit limit allows the user to limit the amount of deposit payments they can make in a selected time period.
Loss Limitation
A player can set a loss limit for a certain period of time, namely for:
- Day (24H)
- Week (168H)
- Moon (720H)
The initial time of calculation of the limit starts from the moment of its setting.
Example 1: If a player sets a loss limit of 40RSD for the day at 1:30 p.m. of the current day, the limit will be applied for the next 24 hours, ie until 1:30 p.m. the next day.
If, for the set time period of the loss limit, the amount of realized winnings is less than the amount of game payments, the player is in loss for that amount (realized winnings – game payment)
Example 2: If, during the duration of the set loss limit, the amount of the payment of the game is 158RSD and the winnings are 120RSD, the player has a loss of 38RSD.
By setting the loss limit, for a certain period of time, the player is prevented from losing more than the specified amount in such a way that the player is prevented from making a payment if the sum of that payment and the current loss exceeds the set loss limit.
Example 3: If the player sets a daily loss limit of 50RSD at 1:30 p.m., in the specified time interval of the limit, the amount of payments is 350RSD, and the amount of the realized gain is 301 RSD, and he tries to pay a ticket with 2RSD, the payment will not be made because it is the sum of the attempted payment amount and amount of loss greater than the set limit, while if the player tried to pay 1Km, the payment would go through, because the amount of the attempted payment and the current loss corresponds to the player’s set limit.
Note: If the user paid for the ticket using the amount of bonus funds, this amount is not taken into account when calculating the limit. However, if the bet is paid with bonus money, and the same is won, that amount is considered as the winning amount.
